    Drink a glass of red wine every day is not only delicious to feel good but also for beneficial intestinal bacteria living in the colon mucosa.

    According to Spanish researchers, can polyphenol antioxidants found in red wine has affected the balance of intestinal bacteria. It is known that a number of other beneficial effects of polyphenol compounds are shown as lower blood pressure, lower triglycerides and increase HDL cholesterol (healthy cholesterol).

    In addition to red wine, some other food products derived from plants also contain polyphenols such as fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, chocolate and some nuts.
