Return & Exchange Policy

At Vincent Tan Shop, we deeply value every collectible item and strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is our return and exchange policy, applicable to domestic orders only:

1. Scope of Application

• Applicable to: Orders delivered within Vietnam.
• Not applicable to: International shipments, due to the complexity of export procedures, shipping costs, and potential risks during international transit.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 03 days from the date of receipt if the product falls under one of the following cases:

• The product is broken, dented, or damaged during shipping.
• The product received does not match the order placed.

⚠️ Due to the unique nature of collectible items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for leakage issues that may occur during transportation. However, we always ensure careful packaging to minimize such risks.

3. Requirements for Returned/Exchanged Items

• Products must remain intact, unused, with original packaging, labels, and included accessories (if any).
• Customers are required to take photos of the product condition and contact us immediately upon detecting any issue.
• We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as: change of mind, no longer liking the product, or mistaken purchases.

4. Return & Exchange Process

• Contact us via hotline or email within 03 days of receiving the product.
• Provide photos of the product condition and order details.
• Once eligibility is confirmed, we will guide you through the return/exchange process and issue a refund if applicable.

Return shipping costs:

• Covered by Vincent Tan Shop if the issue is our responsibility.
• Covered by the customer if the return/exchange is due to personal reasons (in special cases where approval is granted).

5. Notes on International Orders

Due to the collectible nature of miniature liquor and the sensitivity of alcohol-related items in export, combined with risks such as damage, loss, or customs regulations, we are unable to apply return/exchange policies for international shipments.

International customers are kindly advised to carefully review all details before placing an order and accept potential risks associated with international shipping.
